At Importivity, we help businesses simplify global trade — and we’re looking for someone who can open doors and spark conversations. As a B2B Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for new leads, qualifying potential clients and introducing them to how we can help reduce costs, streamline sourcing, and scale smarter. You’ll work closely with our marketing and operations team to convert curiosity into real opportunities.
Learn More About What You will be responsible for
Prospect and reach out to U.S.-based businesses via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and industry platforms
Qualify leads based on product type, sourcing needs, timelines, and readiness
Book discovery calls for the executive team and keep CRM systems updated with lead activity
Collaborate with marketing on messaging, sales materials, and campaign optimization
Track outreach metrics and constantly improve messaging based on market response
Follow up with inbound inquiries, conference leads, and referrals in a timely, professional manner
Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, objections, and common pain points

Learn About What We're Looking For
Proper classification of goods is critical for smooth international trade.
Sales Experience
2+ years in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in ecommerce, logistics, product development, or SaaS.
Confident Communicator
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable cold calling and explaining value quickly.
Curious & Client-Focused
Genuinely interested in learning about each prospect’s business and helping them find the right solution.
CRM & Outreach Tools
Experience using tools like HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
Self-Starter with Discipline
You thrive in a remote environment, manage your time well, and are motivated by metrics and results.
Understanding of Sourcing & Trade (or Willing to Learn Fast)
You don’t need to be an expert — but you should be eager to understand how global supply chains work.
