Importivity connects brands with world-class factories — and you’re the linchpin. As a Global Sourcing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying, vetting, and managing manufacturers across Asia, Mexico, and the U.S. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their product needs, source the right partners, and negotiate terms that balance quality, cost, and lead time.
Learn More About What You will be responsible for
Identify and build relationships with qualified manufacturers across multiple regions and product categories
Analyze client requests and match them with suitable factories based on capability, MOQ, pricing, and certifications
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, production timelines, and sample lead times
Coordinate the sampling process and monitor factory communication throughout production
Track supplier performance and maintain our vetted factory database
Collaborate with QA and logistics teams to ensure smooth handoffs after sourcing is complete
Stay ahead of category trends, material shifts, and country-specific sourcing opportunities

Learn About What We're Looking For
Proper classification of goods is critical for smooth international trade.
Sourcing Experience
3+ years in global sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain roles — ideally across multiple product categories.
Strong Factory Network
Experience working with manufacturers in China, Vietnam, Mexico, or India — and a nose for finding new ones.
Negotiation Skills
Confident handling pricing, terms, and contract details to secure win-win outcomes for clients and suppliers.
Client-Facing Communication
Clear and professional in English, both written and spoken — you’ll be working directly with U.S.-based clients.
Analytical & Detail-Oriented
Comfortable comparing factory quotes, specs, MOQs, certifications, and lead times to recommend the best options.
Flexible & Globally Aware
Able to work across time zones and navigate cultural differences in communication and production norms.
