As a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator at Importivity, you’ll be the bridge between our clients, factories, and freight partners across Asia, Mexico, and the U.S. You’ll manage the flow of goods from production to delivery, ensuring timelines are met, documents are accurate, and every shipment arrives without surprises. This is a detail-oriented, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves making complex processes run smoothly.

Coordinate international and domestic shipments from factory to final destination
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehousing partners
Ensure all required documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.) is accurate and submitted on time
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, customs holds, or exceptions
Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, updates, and logistics solutions
Analyze landed costs, shipping quotes, and optimize for time and cost efficiency
Work closely with sourcing, QA, and sales teams to ensure seamless project handoffs

Experience That Moves Goods
2+ years of hands-on experience in logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain management.
Global Trade Knowledge
Strong grasp of Incoterms, customs clearance, and shipping documentation required for international trade.
Organized & Communicative
You’re a clear communicator who can keep multiple projects and stakeholders on track without dropping the ball.
Tech-Savvy With Tools
Comfortable using platforms like Freightos, Flexport, UPS, spreadsheets, and CRMs to streamline workflow.
Multilingual Advantage
Fluent in English, with bonus points for Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin to support our global team and partners.
Flexible & Travel-Ready
Responsive across time zones and ready to travel internationally — valid passport required.
