We help turn ideas into shelf-ready products. You'll work closely with clients and manufacturers to bring new product concepts to life, from sketches and CADs to samples and full-scale production, ensuring products are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with market goals.

Learn More About What You will be responsible for

Collaborate with clients to understand product concepts, specs, materials, and use cases
Translate client vision into factory-ready briefs, tech packs, and visual references
Source and evaluate manufacturers based on capability, tooling needs, and complexity
Oversee sampling timelines, quality feedback loops, and cost refinement
Coordinate with sourcing, QA, and logistics to prepare products for production
Provide clients with clear updates, visuals, and recommendations

Learn About What We're Looking For

Product Lifecycle Experience

3+ years in product development, industrial design, or manufacturing

Detail-Oriented & Visual Thinker

Able to read CAD files, sketches, and packaging mockups

Strong Communication Skills

Strong client-facing communication skills

Hands-On With Prototyping

Hands-on with samples, revisions, and production runs

Multidisciplinary Coordination

Collaborates well across sourcing, QA, packaging, and logistics

Resourceful & Timeline-Driven

Resourceful and timeline-driven with global suppliers
