You'll be the bridge between our clients, factories, and freight partners across Asia, Mexico, and the U.S., managing the flow of goods from production to delivery so timelines are met, documents are accurate, and every shipment arrives without surprises.

Learn More About What You will be responsible for

  • Coordinate international and domestic shipments from factory to final destination
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehousing partners
  • Ensure all documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, COO) is accurate and on time
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, customs holds, or exceptions
  • Communicate clearly with clients on timelines and logistics solutions
  • Analyze landed costs and shipping quotes to optimize for time and cost

Learn About What We're Looking For

Experience That Moves Goods

2+ years in logistics, freight coordination, or supply chain management

Global Trade Knowledge

Strong grasp of Incoterms, customs clearance, and shipping documentation

Organized & Communicative

Organized, communicative, and able to keep multiple projects on track

Tech-Savvy With Tools

Comfortable with tools like Freightos, Flexport, spreadsheets, and CRMs

Multilingual Advantage

Fluent English; Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin a plus

Flexible & Travel-Ready

Responsive across time zones and travel-ready; valid passport required
